1. HOW TO ENTER: Go to the front page of WWE.com and click on the pop-up window for the "I Wanna Go!" Sweepstakes. You must fill out the online entry form and answer the trivia question posted. The correct answer is not required in order to be eligible to enter. Entries must be received between 12:00 a.m. (ET) on December 1, 2003 when the Sweepstakes begins and 11:59 p.m. (ET) on December 31, 2003, when the Sweepstakes ends. Only one entry per e-mail address permitted per day.

2. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (excludes Alaska and Hawaii), who are thirteen (13) years of age or older at the time of entry, except employees and their immediate families (meaning spouses, parents, siblings, children and their spouses) of World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. and Vivendi Universal Games ("Sponsors"), their North American affiliates, promotion and advertising agencies and anyone involved in the Sweepstakes' development or execution. Entrants must have Internet access as of December 1, 2003.

3. SELECTION OF WINNER: Winners shall be selected at random from all eligible entries on or about January 5, 2004, by judges whose decisions are final and binding on all aspects of this Sweepstakes. Grand Prize Winner will be notified by e-mail and then by telephone on the date of the drawing. If Grand Prize Winner cannot be reached within five (5) days after drawing, or in the event of non-compliance with any of the requirements of these Official Rules, that prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

4. PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize consists of one (1) Sony PlayStation 2 videogame system, one (1) copy of Vivendi Universal's "Metal Arms: Glitch In The System" game for PlayStation 2 signed by a WWE Superstar (identity of WWE superstar subject to sole discretion of WWE), and four (4) tickets to attend a WWE event in the Grand Prize Winner's area ("Event") (exact WWE Event, event location, seat location, and date subject to WWE's discretion and subject to change).

Four (4) First Prizes consisting of one (1) copy of Vivendi Universal's "Metal Arms: Glitch In The System" game on the console of your choice.

5. APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV) OF GRAND PRIZE: ARV of Grand Prize: $375.

6. ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

7. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: Prizes may not be substituted, transferred or redeemed for cash, except by Sponsors, who reserve the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value in their sole discretion. By taking part in this Sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Sponsors reserve the right permanently to disqualify from this Sweepstakes any person they believe has intentionally violated these Rules. Entry constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use winner's name and hometown on Sponsors' websites and to use winner's name, city, state, likeness and/or voice for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity without additional compensation. Entrants may receive promotional e-mails from I Wanna Go! Sponsors and reminders for upcoming World Wrestling Entertainment promotions. Receiving promotional or reminder e-mails is optional and is not required to be eligible to enter the Sweepstakes.

Sweepstakes materials are void if they contain printing, mechanical or other errors. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. No responsibility will be assumed for lost, late, stolen, illegible, incomplete, damaged or misdirected entries. Sponsors and their agencies are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer hardware or software transmissions or technical failures, incomplete, delayed or garbled transmissions or other errors or problems of any kind, whether mechanical, electronic, human or otherwise, beyond the control of Sponsors and/or their agencies. Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes should a virus, bug, computer or other problem beyond Sponsors' control corrupt the administration, security or proper play of this Sweepstakes. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By participating in this Sweepstakes, all entrants and prize winners, and any guests of Grand Prize Winner release Sponsors and their affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, advertising and promotion agencies, officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, agents and all others associated with the development or execution of this Sweepstakes from any and all liability in any way arising from this Sweepstakes and/or the receipt, use or misuse of a prize or parts thereof, including, without limitation, liability for death, personal injury, damage or loss of any kind, and from liability to any other persons relating to or resulting from entering or downloading materials or software in connection with these Sweepstakes.

DISPUTES/GOVERNING LAW: In the event of any dispute regarding the identity of a person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized e-mail account holder, which is defined for these Official Rules as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Participants agree that this Sweepstakes is governed solely by United States law. Any claims arising out of the Sweepstakes shall be governed solely by United States law and may be brought only in a Federal or state court in Connecticut. If any provisions of these Official Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.
